Holding an MBA in Human Resources and Finance and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business, he brings deep expertise in enterprise transformation and strategic technology adoption.
A visionary leader, Jojy has built and led high-performing, cross-functional teams, delivering successful outcomes across complex, multinational programs — with a strong track record in strategic management, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
As Managing Director and Founder of KEN, he is at the forefront of delivering ERP, CRM, HRMS, HMS, EMS, and business solutions through emerging technologies such as AI, Generative AI, ML, and Blockchain.
Mili Mathew

A dynamic and results-oriented HR leader with over 20 years of experience in human resource strategy, global service delivery, and people management. As Director – HR & Delivery, she oversees end-to-end operations, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy to support business expansion and exceptional client outcomes.
Previously Managing Director at Ezel Tech, she managed large-scale client assignments across the U.S., built high-performing teams, and optimized delivery models that strengthened global client relationships.
She began her career at People Plus as a Team Lead, building a strong foundation in talent sourcing, workforce planning, and strategic HR execution across IT services and staffing.
George Cherian

A seasoned technology and management executive with over three decades of international experience across Switzerland and global enterprises, leading strategic client engagements in the Swiss and European markets — driving trusted advisory services, delivery governance, and long-term partnerships.
He brings over 17 years of leadership experience at Novartis in senior service management roles, and earlier led large-scale IT and transformation initiatives as Project Manager at 1eEurope (Switzerland) AG.
Also a professional life coach, George holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from IIT Madras and a postgraduate qualification in Informatics from FHNW Switzerland, and is a certified ITIL V3 Expert and Agile Project Management Practitioner.

A PROSCI-certified Change Practitioner, Annette has delivered strategic programmes across pharmaceutical, banking, logistics, NGO, and technology sectors, specialising in SAP SuccessFactors, AI governance initiatives, and global HR transformation.
Working closely with founders and senior leadership, she supports strategic execution and organisational alignment across business-critical initiatives, combining structured governance with collaborative stakeholder engagement.
